He held her hand on their first date. The sticky gelato still on their entwined fingers, they strolled under the starlight sky. She thought about the setup and how, only a few days ago, she had been invited back to her friend’s house after a dinner out only new face at the house. A bit surprised, and perhaps bewildered by this unexpected meeting and his charming smile, she she offered him some of her leftover pad thai.
Her smile lit up the room as he set his guitar down while their friends made the introductions. He knew he wanted to see her again and asked if she would like to join him for gelato a few days later. Although it was only their first date, the conversation was easy and comfortable and it didn’t take long for him to know he wanted to see her again. And again. And forever.
And so, on a spectacular early fall day they said their vows in a most joyous ceremony overlooking a tree-lined pond on a historic golf course. Their friends and family celebrated and lifted them up with their love. Congratulations Sarah and Steve, it is with much honor that I share some images from your wedding.
